Quality of Replacement Screens? via Ebay, websites, etc

Busted my phone, obviously will need to replace the whole LCD, digitizer set up.

I'm looking for opinions and input on the quality of any website you have purchased a replacement screen from. Is it a true "Retina" display and of OEM quality, if you hold it next to another iphone 4, can you see that its worse quality?
