I have an iPhone11 Pro and i'm quite disappointed with the quality of the uw lens against the wide and tele lens
see image below

The upper area is the uw, lower w . I aligned the images in photoshop.

Is the quality difference in the iPhone13 Pro still as big?
Can someone maybe post some comparison photos? (in full resolution or 100% crop)

I can't post direct comparisons sorry, but the lens and sensor is better, faster and the difference is slightly less, especially in lower lighting levels.

What you are showing is completely normal. Both sensors are 12mp, meaning the UW camera is spreading much more field of view across the same number of pixels so the same relative areas will be captured by far fewer pixels in the UW camera. The UW sensor is also smaller pixels which do not collect as good quality information as do the larger pixels in the main camera. These 2 factors will result in the UW camera images providing less resolution and quality when enlarged to the same relative sizes.

thank you i know why it happens. I wanted to know if it got better in the iPhone13Pro and if someone can post comparison photos please.

If it would be same, i wouldn't have much reason to spend 1500€ on a new phone.
