Quark 6.1 to PDF

I am saving a quark 6.1 file to a PDF and my page size is reducing. All is set to 100%. I printed 100 cards on cardstock and hand cut on my crops only to realize they were not the right size. I had to print from a pc which wouldn't open my mac file in case you are wondering why I converted.
