So I just got a new Mac Mini yesterday and of course it came with Snow Leopard. After doing some research, I found that the QD app in the developer tool set allow you to globally change the dpi settings.
Unlike about every other situation I came across, I'm looking to make things smaller rather than larger. I've got a 23" monitor running at 1920x1080. In Windows, I'm able to set the dpi at 90% of the std 96dpi setting giving me more effective real-estate to work with.
After some addl research, it appears that the version of Quartz Debug does not support less than 72 (less than 1) settings. While the older version did 9Tiger?).
Is there some sort of workaround to this?
