Quartz Extreme unsupported ati 2600xt

Hi everyone,

I have a mac pro 2.8 with the ati 2600xt card and after several hours my core animations slow down and I check system profiler and sure enough quartz extreme has been changed to not supported. I usually just do a restart and it goes back to supported, but its annoying.

Any idea what may be going on? Bad card?
