This is probably a long shot but does anyone happen to use a que! fire cdrw drive? im asking because i need an installation disk for my mac.

Thanks

I have one

I have a FireWire QFire! 8x4x24 CD-RW. You don't need a driver if you're using OS 9/X. The drive is supported natively. You can burn CD's in the Finder and iTunes (OS 9/X). Toast can also burn with the drive. If you're using a PC, I have no idea but I'm sure Windows XP has built in drivers for it.

I should have been more clear in my first post.

My Mac G4 (AGP Graphics-400 MHZ) driver doesnt work for me when i place a blank cd into it. My friend had given me his Que! Fire 32x10x40. I tried loading a blank cd but I get the same result. I downloaded the driver so Im going to see if that works. Thanks guys!

Que! sucks. I will never buy another product of theirs again. Sorry if I didn't help with your problem.
