Leeona Helmsly left her dog a 12 million dollar trust fund, while completely cutting out 2 of her grand kids. I hope they told her what she could do with it while she was still alive. Everyone is better off without a control freak in their live, even if it does cost them money. Much of the estate went to her charitable trust.

p.s. Because she was such a control freak, I deliberately spelled her name wrong! Just for the fun of it!

Well she's not the queen of mean for nothing. I remember when she went to jail all of her employees were cheering.:p

wow. what. a. bitch.

looks like all her money couldn't repair her ugly attitude or her ugly face.

Now the Maid is Suing the Dog

Too funny! I heard on the news last night the maid is thinking about suing Trouble (actually the estate) because hit bit her. Then again, because she is saying what a bad dog he is, maybe he will turn around and countersue for defamation of character. Couldn't open the link about the maid slamming the dog, but it is out there!

Person asked to care for the pooch, declines.

Personally if I was left $15 million and asked to take care of a $12 million dog, I'd move in with the mutt into the 28 room mansion for several years.

Likely won't get much to take care of the dog, but the mutt will get a nice house to stay in.

I would create a fake document with a paw print on it and say that "the dog wants me to have the money".

all kidding aside, it shows you how screwed up our legal system is... that someone could be allowed to leave money to a dog... so much money

You can bet I would've have spent some of the money on Macs though :D

That dog is going to be knee deep in bitches, only of dogs had any knees.

Poor thing the dog must not even know that it's a millionaire.
