iPod touch Question about 1.1.4

Quick question for anyone who has updated your Touch. If I update to 1.1.4, do I lose my jailbreak and everything installed with it?

taking a wild guess here as i have little info on updating when you have it jailbreaked, but im gussing it would lock it back and restore....

anyone confirm this??

Why not post this in the iTouch Hacks forum, where people who are intimately familiar (or more so than many here) with jailbreaking could answer your question? Or better yet, try searching that forum for your answer as I'm sure it has been answered there already.

im pretty sure it would. when i updated my firmware (regardless of which firmware i chose) it removed my apps and i had to re-jailbreak (well, i just had to run the installer from my comp, cuz i did the oktoprep for 1.1.2) but this also happens with other firmwares then just 1.1.2
