This is what I want to know as well.
Every beta so far hasn't offered much (except for the 3G toggle switch for the iPhone 4S), yet every few days someone has to ask when is it coming out.
Crapple can be reay dumb at times, if they have Notification Center toggles and only allow it to the 4S then I will go back to hating apple for awhile.

apple is the great evil of the computer industry! Well not really but it is fun to say crapple, but would I really (note correct spelling) hate them if I used some of their products? No, so it was more of a rant at the time.
