Question about a friend using my iPhone library.

My friend is getting his iPhone 3G on monday, but needs to use my computer to put music and whatever on. When his iPhone syncs to my computer is it going to interfere with my backup or iTunes Account? Like when his phone is done syncing with my iTunes is my iTunes Account going to appear when he tries to get something off of the Apps Store?

No, because the Itunes can see its a different iphone. Its like putting a friends ipod in your computer, it wont really mess anything up.
