Question about Age and contract

1.I am 16, my dad has service with AT&T for the wireless pc card ONLY!
so does that mean that he can add me to the "Authorized List?" and I can buy the phone by my self?

2.I will stay pay $199/$299 for my phone right!

Help plz..

your dad has to sign up the contract authorised users cant sign up for new lines! especially not minors

Once your dad signs up he can add you as an authorized user. This is really useful since sometimes if you have billing issues etc. they won't give you any help unless your name is on the account as an authorized user.

You must be over 18 to be an authorized user on an AT&T account.
