I recently ordered a 17" MBP from apple with my HE discount (I'm in the UK) and a few hours later I got a call from apple who put me through to the finance folks and they did a credit check and said all was ok. They then said they would send out the forms to me, this was last friday. It has now been 7 days (5 busienss) and I still have had no forms and am finding the apple site an absolutely nightmare to find any sort of way of contacting them directly.
Can anyone give me any advice about a number to call for the finance folks or an e-mail address?
If you went through finance how long did you have to wait for these forms? god knows why they can't just send out a damned PDF like most others would.
