question about apple retail stores

will they take a walk in for the genius bar considering one of the screws won't come out of my macbook so i can replace the ram. I cant make a reservation for later than 12 and they're booked.

I've been in the stores and have seen them run through appointments very quickly as many do not show up. Get there at opening time and ask nicely. I'll bet they do it.
