Question about Apple Store reservation email

On my pickup reservation email it shows full price (see picture), but if I do an installment contract will I just pay monthly, or will I have to pay this full price since that's what it says on this email. Follow up question; can Apple set me up on my current plan (Verizon installment) with this reservation?

You can pay for the phone whichever way you like at checkout. If you qualify for the carrier installment then you should be able to.

I should have noted (I have now edited my post) that this is a reservation to pick up at Apple Store on Friday.

Ok that's what I thought. The Apple rep was telling me since I reserved it through the Apple installment page, that I would only be able to buy it using that program. Didn't make sense.
