ok i got my MBP two years ago. my applecare plan is still good. does anyone know if they have a fix for the MBP heat problem? It's blazing hot without even running anything now and i don't understand why. i just wanted to ask on the forum before i called apple, thanks.

Ironically, I have an appointment for this tomorrow at my nearby apple store.

It's absolutely ridiculous. This is past warmth. This feels detrimental to the laptop. It's very uncomfortable when you're typing and the area where your wrists lies is comparable to heated seats in a car.

I'm hoping apple can just take this in the back, reapply the thermal paste and have me pick it up asap.

Has anyone else done this? Or has apple given you a blank look?
