Question about AppleCare

I was just wondering if AppleCare+ is a standard now on all of the Applecare iPad warranties. The Applecare 2 year warranty is only $70 on Amazon. Does this include AppleCare+?

My understanding is that you can only purchase AC+ from Apple directly.

I was just looking at this also. It doesn't sound like what they are selling I,s Apple care+. I also can't find where they say it will definitely cover the new iPad.
