Question about AppleCare

Are you talking about for buying the AppleCare or for service to the phone? If for buying AppleCare after purchase, you can do that online yourself or over the phone or online chat with Apple. For service, see the previous post.

You can do the express replacement option and they usually overnight it. Typically you have to have an authorization hold on your Credit card for the amount of the device. They then send you the replacement device along with a empty box. You can then ship your problem iPhone back. Once they receive it, they will release the hold and won't charge you.
