I purchased an ipod touch refurb and i would like to return it.It's not defective.Will they hassle me or ask too many questions or will they give me the rma with out a problem.Weird question i know.Thanks in advance for your help.

iPod touch Question about Apple's Return Policy.

The return policy is generally that they'll take any iPod back within 14 days of purchase, but if it's been opened, it's subject to a 10% restock fee.
Maybe in the 5+ hours since your original post, those 36 people (including me) had no viable answer for you.
One will come along.

my ipod touch is messed up....the battery picture shows that it is half way full but its done charging and the ipod can't pick up earphones expect for apple ones......i had it for 2 months do u think i can return it to them?
