Hi all, my mother who is elderly currently has a Fire TV Stick 4K, she uses it to watch Netflix and a lot of tennis on the ATP tennis app.
But the app sometimes randomly logs her out and she's struggles to put her email address and password in correctly. The app also freezes sometimes and I have to force quit it to get it to work again.
She has an iPad too that she uses all the time and the app can sometimes log her out in there also. But entering the user details are a lot easier.
So I've been considering trying an Apple TV but have some question:
Has anyone had experience with the app on Apple TV? If you have how have you found it? Does it log you out randomly?
And how easy is it to log back into the app, can you set it up so your username and password are entered automatically? Like on iOS apps?
And how have people found the new remote? Is it easy to use. I don't think my mother would have coped with the older style tough one, she can use the Fire TV remote ok.
