I'm trying to do two things, and I wonder if you guys could help me.

1. On OSX I can get the machine to change my wallpaper at preconfigured times, eg at logon, or every hour, or every day, you get the picture. How do I do that on a JB iPhone?

2. Because I've got so many kickass wallpapers/backgrounds or whatever they're called I'm wondering how I can make it so that the first 'page' of apps doesn't have any apps... if you understand? Basically when I unlock I would like a clean 'desktop' as it were, so that I can just see the cool background, maybe with the dock, and to see all the apps I need to go to page 2, where they start...

does that make sense?

help appreciated!

question 1: Bosspaper seems to be app of choice for most who wish to do this

question 2: still unsolved.. can anybody help?

Try iBlank - you can create any number of 'blank' spots for your first page, leaving your wallpaper visible. Move all your app icons to the second and subsequent pages, that should do the trick.
