Question about backing up iPad

I know that when you connect new iPad to a computer you can restore it from the old one, but I need something little different. My iPad has been erased, but all the data kept in the computer, which I couldn't turn on. My computer was in fixings and in that time I created new data in my iPad. Is this possible to restore the old data to the iPad, while keeping the new data in it?
