iPad mini Question About Backing Up My iPad Mini

I'm considering jailbreaking my iPad Mini so that I can experiment with it a bit. Currently, I've been backing it up to my computer. My question is whether or not I can back it up to both my computer and the iCloud? Anyone know whether it's possible to have backups in two locations like that?

Of course. Nothing bad will happen. When I jailbroke mine, I backed up to my computer to have a "zero state." I generally just back up to iCloud.
