Question about backing up SHSH files

Okay I backed up my 3.1.3 shsh files a few months ago with tiny umbrella and I can see the files on my computer showing the 3.1.3 backup...my question is, when ever there is a jailbreak for 3gs new bootrom on ios4, should I reback up my shsh files before upgrading to ios4 since time has passed since i backed them up or does it not matter?

I backup my SHSH whenever a new version of the OS comes out. You only need to do it once per OS version.

Okay thanks, thats what I figured, but wanted to check and make sure that things didnt change as time passed to the shsh
