I was wondering if anyone can help me with this little dilemma. I have a bunch of school files (<250mb) that I want to continuously sync with a flash drive everytime I connect it. Does anyone know of two way syncing software that they have used to solve my problem? I have leopard (Time Machine only works on hard drives and is one way syncing) and .Mac (never used backup 3). I really appreciate it.

Carbon Copy Cloner. It's free, and it's about the easiest program you'll ever use to sync your data. I'm using it to back up my documents and music as I type.

I second this. I backup my /users/, /Applications and /Library with this thing every 3 days. Works like a charm.
