New ti iphone4 features just figured out how to start voice command .. Now I was curious about the Bluetooth. I paired it to my car stereo alpine CDE-103bt and the bluetooth connected then I went into the call menu hit the button that said speaker and the alpine showed up clicked on it and the box said audio, then opened up the iPod and the music played out of the phone but did not stream to the stereo? Any feedback on this guys?... Tia

After searching a bit, looks like the model doesn't support A2DP, which is required to play music over bluetooth. It supports hands-free calling, but not stereo audio streaming.

Ahhh... Thanks for that info that makes sense to me now.. Guess I should have made sure it had A2DP... :) thanks I appreciate the info!

i was curious of this too. im kind of ignorant on the subject so i never really dug too much deeper.

i have an 05 acura tl, stock head unit. i have bluetooth set up for hands free calling - one day my phone rang while i was driving and the ringer played over the speakers.... which isnt supposed to happen - so i played a song off of the phone and it played through the speakers as well. since that day ive never been able to replicate it. and its never happened again.
