Carrier Question about Boost Mobile

Boost Mobile is currently running this deal on the 5C and 5S

If I bought the 5S unsubsidized could I get it unlocked and use it on T-Mobile or Straight Talk? Or is it still locked to Boost Mobile?

I don't think so. Boost is CDMA and runs off Sprint's towers.

Boost is actually a Sprint company (a wholly owned subsidiary) so those phones are going to be domestically locked to Sprint. And no. Nothing you can say or do will convince Sprint or Boost to unlock them for you for domestic use, and there is no commercial unlock available.
