I got my i7 iMac last year and it's just as fast as it was when I first got it, but one thing I've noticed is the boot up time in the rare occasions I have to restart the computer.
When I first got the computer it only took like 25-30 to boot up, now it takes like 45-50 to get to all my applications.
Is there anything I could get rid of to fix this? The only thing I can think of for the slower boot up is I made extra login accounts for my parents since I had to make them iTunes account for their iPods, which might cause a little delay.
