iPhone 7/Plus Question about buying a used unlocked iPhone

I traded in my 6S last year to get the smaller SE and I regret that now.

If I buy a used iPhone 7 or 8, is there anything else to do besides putting my card into the the oner iPhone? Thanks.

Try not to buy a used iPhone that comes from a carrier. There's a potential for the phone to be blacklisted even after the sale.

Your best bet is to look for a phone that was purchased unlocked directly from Apple, or buy a refurbished unit directly from Apple.
