Maybe a little dumb, but I'm getting the kids a couple iPod Touch's soon and wanted to know if I need to buy the same app twice or can I just buy it once and put on both iPods?

Thanks

As long as they're both synched to the same iTunes account, you wouldn't have to pay for the apps twice.

But if they each have their own laptops, and want to synch their music from them, you may be out of luck.

Cool, thanks.

I'll sync them up on the same computer then from same iTunes account.

They'll be happy since I bought game of Life for touch to try out on my iPad today. They've been wondering if they get it too.

hmmm, if I don't tell them this, I can collect twice as much cash from them to pay back the iPods. :)

You can sync to the same account through different computers, my daughter shares my account here in New Zealand and she lives in Australia. You just need to log into the account and then authorize the computer for that account in the drop down Store menu. You can have up to 5 computers authorized to an account.
