I purchased my iPhone 4S at Best Buy and the same day took it to Apple because I had the "yellow" screen and crap battery. Apple swapped it out. What if I want to return my iPhone completely, can I do that? Even thought he phone doesn't match the one I bought at Best Buy?

You'd have to ask a Best Buy rep to be sure, but my guess would be no since the serial number on the device won't match the one on the box & receipt.
Unless a manager is feeling extremely generous, you will not be able to return it if the serial number doesn't match your receipt.
