Question about buying at full price

Not sure if this has been answered, Im sure it has but i figured i'd ask.

I'm buying the phone at full price. Can I reserve it tomorrow starting at 12:01 Am? I see the only option it gives you is ATT which is fine since that's what i use anyways and the phones come unlocked. But Im assuming the website will be the best way to do it? Or will the app work?

I'm in the Apple Store App on my phone right now. To buy a contract free phone I have to choose T-Mobile, but the way I understand it - I can take that phone to ANY carrier once it arrives.

I see that too. So im thinking that the phone will come factory unlocked regardless. Ill go for the app since it may be the only way to do it fastest
