question about buying refurbished + education discount

all right, i'm planning on buying a refurbished macbook pro 13".. i'm assuming it doesn't come with the original packaging, but does that include the manual?

how about apple stickers? lol


also, i live in puerto rico, there are no apple stores here. if i go to the education website it forces me to choose an university to continue and the website doesn't come up with any results if i search in the island. i assume i'm SOL on the educational discount, right?

If you're talking about using an education discount on the refurb, you can't.

You'll get everything that comes with a brand new MBP. The only difference will be the plain white box.

IIIRC, you can't get a education discount on refurbs to begin with, right?

Apple only sells refurbs through their site. Apple Certified Refurbs aren't available from any other source. Why not have it shipped to a friend or family member?
