Question about cancelling AT&T 6+ order.

I found that a local Apple store has the 6+ in stock in the size and color I wanted; what would be the process to get the order cancelled? Call AT&T at the apple store and have them reset the eligibility?

I don't think it will show up in Apple's system for a few days.

I've heard some stories about those who ordered through AT&T and cancelled their order after they found out some stocks available at their local apple store. They cancelled their AT&T order but didn't get the eligibility back right away and had to walk out empty handed. They even called AT&T and apparently they had to wait 3-4 days.

It's not worth cancelling your order. If you can wait, I would wait. Or just buy the device in full price.

Yeah, probably not worth it; especially since then I'd lose the $200 trade-in value on my two ratty iPhone 4 8GBs sitting in the house.
