There's a free app out called Carat. What it does is tell you what apps are helping your battery get drained.
I have a question about the app. Why does the use location-based notifications to tell me to open the app when it can use periodic push notifications instead? I ask because I tend to clear my app switcher. If I accidentally kill Carat, I stop receiving notifications.
