Im a noob to iPad having just got my first iPad as a bday gift which I am just in love with so far with its light weight &beautiful retina display. Unlike my other devices like my MacBook pro and iPhone, I don't have that must need desire to cover this device up with a case, however, I do have a nagging fear that I need some form of protection.
I received a case along side this awesome gift that holds a Bluetooth keyboard but I find its quite bulky to carry around so I'm looking around for a much lighter case and basically finding myself at a loss. Everything I've come across just seems either bulky or lacking. For example, I like the idea of the smart cover for being light but confused why there is no offering for a back protection of some kind. Am I missing something? I have to buy a front case and some sort of back protection separately unless I want to buy another sort of portfolio?
If that's the case, what would be recommended for a light back protection?
I'd appreciate any advice or ideas.
