Question about charging M1 MBA

So I saw a review where the MBA was being charged by a different brand wall charger/cable. Anyone know the requirements? Will any USB3 cable and wall charger work to charge it? I know Apple included a 30W charger, so something equivalent, with any USB3 cable?
