Question about console messages

What are they for?

Error messages, system status messages, just the normal things a logging program deals with. Generally they're too technical for the average end-user to worry about.

Things happening behind the scenes of the GUI, such as printer daemons, for example.

I see...bit technical for me. Mine keeps saying 'de-bugger called!'

Is something wrong?
