I asked for an online reparation for my iPod Touch but the issue I describded don't occur all the time wich i forgot to mention. If they try it and that at that moment it's working normally they'll send it back to me. Is there a way I can contact them or should i put a note with the ipod in the package ?
Thanks

I don't have phone assistance after 90 days. They'll make me pay.

they can't MAKE you pay...

They can tell you though, "If you want help, give us 50 bucks"

Most of the time they will give you a free case if your nice and your issue isn't too hard to take care of..

Are you sure ? Cause normally i can't use phone assitance

What are you saying..

So you mean you call them and they are like. "PAY US NOW!!!! WE HAVE YOUR ADDRESS AND WE ARE GOING TO TAKE YOU TO COURT FOR DIALING THIS NUMBER!!!

they cant do that...

Just call. If they won't help you, all noes!!! You wasted 10 minutes of your life.

Exactly, nothing to lose.

Even if I call i'm not sure how they will be able to help me. The thing is some area of the touch (some key of the ipod keyboard) don't always work. I forgot to said when i ordered my box to sent back the ipod to apple that it doesn't occur all the time. For some reason sometimes they work and sometimes they don't. Later it did not, then i turned off the ipod and then back on few hours later and the problem was gone. Then I did a reset of the settings an the problem came back etc. I tried many restore etc so I assume that the issue come from the iPod and not the software. My concern is that if i sent back my ipod and that at this very moment they can't repro the issue, they'll sent it back to me and i'll still have my bad ipod :(
