question about ear buds

for some reason i cannot fit the apple ear buds and most other ones .. i was wondering if any other people have issues like this and have found ones that fit or can be custom made ?

I use in-ear earbuds because normal earphones have never stayed in my ears.

Well, a lot of manufacturers offer custom earbuds, Ultimate Ears, for one. Most of the manufacturers are fairly expensive, though.

I typically can't use earbuds like Apple's, I just use some in-ear earbuds. They work fine.
