Question about Engraved Ipad 2

Hey there, I just found out my girlfriend ordered me an Ipad 2 for my birthday!

She engraved something on it and I have one question. If I ever have problems with the ipad, will I have any trouble at the genius bar since its engraved? Like if I have the screen bleed problem, will they switch it out no problem?

No you wont have a problem if it is a defective unit you can get a replacement although it may take longer if you want the replacement engraved as well.

Its just a happy birthday engraving so I wont really mind if they dont engrave the replacement.

As long as I dont have any trouble swapping it out in store if theres any problems.

No they'll still service you and replace it if necessary in store. I doubt they'll do the engraving on the warranty replacement, though.
