Ok so at&t has said that the rate plans are 30 dollars for 3G and 45? dollars for Business users. What constitutes a "Business User"? And all the Exchange features that are coming in 2.0, can you use those on the standard 30 dollar plan? Thanks in advance

The $45 plan is for those people who purchase through corporate accounts. The Exchange ActiveSync feature is included in both the consumer and corporate accounts.
