My MBP pro is having fan issue, but the "14 days return policy" was up a week ago. Do u think if I went to the Apple Store and told them about my issue, they would exchange it???

I believe it depends on the situation. The best thing I could recommend is to take the computer into the Apple Store and politely ask them for an exchange and see what they have to say about it.
