question about external monitor in Windows XP?

My macbook 403 works perfect with an external LCD(1920*1080) under OSX.

But when I use Windows XP, connect the cable (miniDVI-DVI), no anything diaplayed on the LCD. Why? :eek:

environment: Windows XP SP3/intel x3100/miniDVI-dvi/
(I have upgrade the intel display driver)
