Question About Facetime on Mac

Ok basically Im wondering if I buy an older macbook air with the "Isight"camera will i still be able to use it for facetime when the time comes? really confused by the name changes thanks in advance!

You can use an "iSight" camera. They're the same thing. They just changed it to Facetime camera for marketing purposes to push the "Facetime" name.
