Am re-reading the CCC Manual - oh the suspense!! - and have this question about File Paths on my Mac...

Code:
/Library/Logs/CCC.*

If I'm not mistaken, this is the path to the general "Library" directory which apples to *all* Users, right?

Code:
~/Library/Caches/com.bombich.ccc/

And I believe this is the path to a *specific* User's "Library" directory (e.g. User1), right?

Sincerely,

Debbie

Yes.

A filepath starting with / means "from the top".
A filepath starting with ~ means "from the current user home".

You are correct.

Cool!

Have fun finishing the manual. I won't spoil it by telling you how it ends.

Ha ha!!

Well, it makes Moby Dick seem like a light and quick read!! :p

Oh well, no one ever said acquiring wisdom was easy!!

Yes.

That's what I thought.

Glad I got something right for a change!

Thanks,

Debbie
