question about final cut in Leopard

Im starting a big project in final cut, and will be shuttling a external hard drive full of media/renders/project data between a mac pro running tiger, and my macbook pro running leopard. Assuming that both final cuts are the same version on both machines, is there a chance i still might run into problems loading the project on different versions of the os?
