Question about games/Boot camp/External Hard Drive

Can I have PC games that I want to play in Boot Camp just installed on my external hard drive? I don't have anymore space on my Boot Camp partition, and until a new iPartition comes out, I won't have any more.

If this is possible, would I just create a new partition on my external formatted for FAT32?
