Question about getting Applecare

So my iphone 4's warranty have passed the one year mark and expired but I've manage to be able to get Apple to replace my phone due to the camera shutter problem. So my question is since i replaced the iphone, i get the extra 90 days warranty, would i still be able to get Applecare during the 90 days? Or is it impossible since i'm out of the one year warranty?

i don't believe that's how warranty works...it is usually count from the day 1 purchase on your receipt.

if you think about it...then many people will find loophole to get extended warranty for the rest of their life :)
