If you managed to get your pre-order finalized within the first couple of minutes (not 10 minutes, but more like 3-4 minutes max) when pre-orders started midnight Thursday night, then yes.

Otherwise, no. If you want one on Friday, you'll be doing the line thing. And hoping.
