Question about giving specific iTunes songs as gift

I was asked today whether you can give a specific iTunes song as a gift. Does anyone know of a way to do this? I know you can buy an email gift certificate (minimum $10) with instructions on what song you are intending to give. I know also you could buy the CD, rip it, and email the MP3 or AAC file. I think its a fine idea to give a specific song within iTunes.

Any other ideas?

In iTunes, right under the "Buy Album" button, there is a link that says, "Gift this Music." Once you click it, you'll have the option to gift individual songs or the entire album.

I guess that was a little too obvious for me.
